This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may
provide when you use our services, and our practices for collecting, using, sharing, protecting
and maintaining that information.

The services covered by this Privacy Policy are those provided at: binqit.com and all websites
under that domain (collectively, the “Website”), our mobile applications (the “Apps”) and any
direct communications between you and us (altogether, the “Services”).

Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is intended to protect the privacy of those in and comply with the jurisdiction
of Canada. If you access any of our Services from a foreign jurisdiction, you may have other
privacy rights (“Foreign Privacy Rights”). However, we cannot guarantee that we are in
compliance with any Foreign Privacy Rights nor can we guarantee that those Foreign Privacy
Rights will be protected by this Privacy Policy.

If you are outside the country of Canada, you are hereby cautioned and you acknowledge that
you are providing information to us at your own risk.

Minors

In accordance with our Terms of Use, we only permit minors to use the Services
with the prior consent of their legal guardian and for that legal guardian to agree to be bound by
our Terms of Use as if they are the user. Legal guardians must permit us to collect the
information submitted with regards to their child. We do not willingly or knowingly collect
information from minors who have not obtained the consent of their legal guardian. If we
discover that collected information pertains to a minor without the consent of the legal guardian,
we will destroy said information and submit any necessary reports to the relevant authorities.

Information Collection

If you choose to create an account to access and use our Services (each an “User”), you must
provide us with information such as your username, password, email address, name and phone
number. From businesses, we may collect further information such as any relevant business
information, addresses, employment needs, shift needs, and payment rates. From job seekers, we
may collect further information such as any relevant personal information, dates of birth, gender,
education background, resumes, CVs, cover letters, and personal references. These lists are not
intended to be exhaustive – to better serve our customers, we may request and collect other types
of information from time to time.

We collect information in or about the content you provide, such as the date a file was created.
We also collect information about how you use our Services, such as the types of content you
engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities.

We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version,
advertising identifier, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, browser type,
language, wireless network, and mobile network information. We may collect information about
your location through various communication signals.

We may use cookies and other technologies, such as web beacons, web storage, and unique
advertising identifiers, to collect information about your activity, browser, and device.

We may collect financial information and other applicable billing information from you in order
to process payments as authorized by you. We may collect credit/debit card information,
including names, card numbers, security codes, expiry dates, as well as personal addresses
related to processing payments.

Information Use

We collect and use your information to help us develop, provide and improve our Services. We
may use the information we collect to send you communications. We may use your information
to personalize our Services and customize the content shown to you. We may use your location
information to tailor our Services for you. We may use the information we collect to improve our
advertising so we can show you relevant ads and evaluate the effectiveness of our ads. We also
use the information to promote safety and security by, for example, verifying accounts and
activity and investigating suspicious activity and violations of our terms or policies. We may
anonymize and aggregate the information provided to us to generate reports that may be released
publicly.

We collect and use your financial information in order to process payments as authorized by you.
Your financial information may be submitted as necessary to third-parties including credit
payment processors and credit agencies.

Information Sharing

All personal information submitted by you through our Services is intended to be shared with
other Users and kept in strict confidence by said Users with the exception of the following:
  • Your password; and
  • Your financial information
We will never share your password. We will never share your financial information except to
process payments in accordance with the section titled “Information Use” above.

In order for us to match you with a potential employer or employee, we must share the
information you provide with our other Users. Once information is shared, we cannot guarantee
that your privacy will continue to be protected by other Users. We require all Users to
acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Use, which include a mandate to protect
and respect the privacy of all information shared to Users. We maintain a strict policy to
immediately discontinue access by any Users who violate the privacy of other Users.

Notwithstanding any other term in this Privacy Policy, we may also disclose your information if
we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation,legal process, or
governmental request, to protect the safety of any person, to address fraud, security or technical
issues, or to protect our or our Users’ rights or property.

If binqit inc. or any parent, affiliate, or related company becomes involved in a merger, asset
sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of its business to
another company, we may share your information with that company before and after the
transaction closes.

Information Storage

Your information will be kept by us as long as you remain a User of our Services. Once you no
longer have a relationship with us by way of deleting your account, we will delete and destroy all
of your information in our possession. However, the information that we have shared with other
Users may remain in the possession of third-parties. For the purposes of protecting your privacy,
upon request, we shall provide a list of Users with whom we have shared your information. If
you request to receive no further contact from us, we may keep some basic information about
you on our suppression list in order to avoid sending you unwanted communications in the
future.

We use all commercially reasonable tools to maintain the security of your information.

User Access and Management of Personal Information

If you are a User, we provide you with tools andaccount settingsto access, correct, delete, or
modify the information you provided to us and associated with your account. Any corrected or
deleted information will be deleted by us. However, we cannot correct or delete information
already shared to other Users.

You can access and manage your personal information through logging in at binqit.com. You can
also delete your account at any time.

Revisions to the Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of this Privacy
Policy will govern our collection and use of your information. If we make a change to this Policy
that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you. By continuing to access or use the
Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy
Policy.
